Ullapool Motorhome Service Point

📍 Wester Ross 🗺️ ~Mile 145 of NC500

About Ullapool Motorhome Service Point

The motorhome service point at Ullapool is available to Highland Motorhome Scheme passholders and is the most important waste disposal facility on the western half of the route. From Ullapool heading north, proper dump stations are extremely scarce — some campsites in Assynt and Sutherland offer basic facilities, but nothing as comprehensive as this. Empty your cassette, dispose of grey water and fill fresh water here before venturing north.

Facilities & Features

✓ Grey water disposal ✓ Cassette toilet emptying ✓ Fresh water fill
🚐 Motorhome Tip This is the critical service point before the remote northwest. Empty everything here and fill your fresh water tank to the brim — opportunities ahead are very limited.

Motorhome Waste Guidance

♻️ Responsible Disposal Never empty cassette toilets into public toilets, rivers, or the sea. Use designated dump stations only. Grey water (sink/shower water) should also be disposed of at service points, not tipped onto the ground. The Highland Motorhome Scheme (£40/week) includes access to designated service points — excellent value on a week-long NC500 trip.
